WHAT IS TENANT TALKS?

Tenant Talks will give you a stronger voice, which is why we chose the slogan “Tenant Talks: For me, with me.”

We want to work with you to make decisions together to build stronger and better communities.

In the coming months, OCH will be reaching out to you through a variety of ways to get feedback to understand what services are most important to tenants and how we can serve you better. We believe this will help improve service delivery, increase overall tenant satisfaction and build on our relationship.

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT YOU?

  • You will have a stronger voice.
  • You will help create and define clear standards for day-to-day services.
  • OCH will have a better understanding of what’s important to you.

Tenant Talks consultations and presentations began at some community events in October and the district-based committee meetings. We will keep working to hear from as many people as possible.

Watch for more information in The Quarterly, through social media on our Facebook page and Twitter, on our website (www.och-lco.ca), at your local office, or in your building.

Can’t wait to share your ideas and suggestions with us? Tell us now! Email us at TenantTalks@och.ca or on Facebook Messenger or direct message us on Twitter.
